Humana – CareSource Providers:  IPRO Survey

IPRO is currently conducting a review on behalf of the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services (KDMS) regarding the accuracy of Humana – CareSource® provider network information.

Select health care providers may receive a survey from IPRO. If your office receives a survey, please complete and return the survey as soon as possible. Survey results will help Humana – CareSource improve the quality of information about provider network services to our members.

Humana – CareSource Providers:  PCRI

As part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), the Primary Care Rate Increase (PCRI) or adjusted rate ended on Dec. 31, 2014. The federal government no longer finances the difference between the state Medicaid payment rate and the applicable Medicare rate.

To receive payment inclusive of the rate increase, all eligible claims for the adjusted rate must be received by Humana – CareSource no later than June 30, 2015. You can find more information on PCRI in the network notification on our website.

ICD-10 Readiness Assessment

With the transition to ICD-10 now just a few months away, your Health Partnership Team would like to gauge your needs and readiness to code claims using the ICD-10 codes beginning October 1, 2015. Please take a few minutes to complete our short, five-question survey. It should take about five minutes. Thank you for your help!
