CareSource provides this site to allow its providers access to CareSource member health related information, subject to agreement with these Terms of Conditions of Use.  These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, within CareSource’s sole discretion.  Your accessing or using this service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use as it appears at the time of your access or use.  If you do not accept any of the terms and conditions stated herein, do not use this service.

Secure Access

Due to the highly sensitive nature of the data and information you will access through this website, the license to use this website is limited to use on your office and/or your home PC(s) only. You specifically agree not to access this site from any other access point, including without limitation, using hand held devices, unprotected PDAs or laptops (i.e., in airports or public internet kiosks). You hereby agree that you are using and will continue to use appropriate PC safeguards such as a personal firewall, Adware/Spyware protection, up-to-date virus protection and access control (consisting of at least a UserID and a Password) on your PCs designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our members’ sensitive information.  You specifically agree not to share your username/identification or password with anyone.

All information contained within or accessed through the Provider Portal is Confidential.

Compliance with HIPAA

You agree to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and the related regulations, as they may be amended from time to time (“HIPAA”) in relation to activities under this Agreement.

CARESOURCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OR FOR THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF SUCH INFORMATION. THIS SITE AND THE CONTENT CONTAINED HEREIN IS PROVIDED BY CARESOURCE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.
